that the Inglewood Unified School District, of Los Angeles County, California, acting by and through its State Administrator and Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will receive up to, but not later than 10:00 o’clock A.M. of the 20th day of October 2016, sealed Bids for the award of contract:
Bid No. 16/17-009 – Kelso Elementary School Exterior Lead Abatement
Bids may be mailed via U.S. mail or delivered Fed Ex, UPS, or other courier to: Bill Fay, Interim Chief Facilities Operations Officer, Inglewood Unified School District, 401 S. Inglewood Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90301.
Bids shall be due at the above-stated time and place. Any bid received by the District after the Bid Deadline shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
Each bid must conform and be responsive to the Bid Documents, copies of which are now on the District’s webpage http://measuregg.myiusd.net
Bids must be submitted in the format contained in the Bid Documents. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to this Notice Calling for Bids, the Instructions to Bidders, and other Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids. Except as provided in Public Contract Code Section 5100 et seq., no bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid Deadline.
